Breastfeeding moms who want their babies to like fruits and vegetables should eat them themselves, according to new research from the Monell Center. In addition, moms should offer their babies plenty of opportunities to taste fruits and vegetables as they make the transition to solid foods by giving repeated feeding exposures to these healthy foods—regardless of whether the babies are breast fed or given formula.
