Is Curcumin as Good as Exercise for Your Arteries?

A new study from Japanese researchers in the October, 2012 issue of Nutrition Journal showed that postmenopausal women who took a daily dose of the potent antioxidant curcumin for two months and didn't exercise had arteries that were just as healthy as women who exercised regularly during those two months.
