Alpha Lipoic Acid Effectively Addresses Diabetic Neuropathy

In this Russian study of 28 patients with diabetic neuropathy, alpha lipoic acid, at a dose of 600 mg/day for a period of 3 months, was found to significantly reduce clinical symptoms (sensory and motor) and neurological changes associated with foot and leg pain from peripheral neuropathy.
