The Power of Saying No

I have spoken in the past about how important it is when recovering from CFS/FMS to say "no" to things that feel bad. I just gave an interview on the "Destination Unlimited" podcast with host and my new friend Victor Fuhrman, who also wrote the poem "The Healing Power of No" (see below).

On the podcast, Victor and I discuss what brought me to my path in chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, the current statistics on these illnesses, how physicians view CFS/FMS today, what's new in my 4th edition of From Fatigued to Fantastic! (including new strategies for COVID Long-Hauler syndrome), emotional and spiritual factors, my new studies, and much much more.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 28th, at 8 PM EDT
