Climate effects on Fibromyalgia
I live in a Northern Ca. coastal town where temps range from 30-65 degrees year round. I know that the cold and cold wet weather 'hurts' me. My husband and I are considering moving. He would like to move to the coastal region of North Carolina to be near family. How would the humidity affect my Fibro.? Thank you so much for your assistance.
Answer
In most cases, the humidity is not a problem for fibro unless one is living in a moldy home. The cold is the bigger problem. But worth spending a week or 2 in the new town to see how it feels before
moving.
