Why Melatonin May Not Work for You

Melatonin is a good natural sleep aid. But there are situations where it doesn't seem to help. This excellent article at Health Digest provides some reasons for this, along with other suggestions for getting sounder sleep, including even the many health benefits of sleeping in the buff ;-)
