ou Can Heal From Long COVID

Hello Reader,

Since COVID, the number of people with CFS or fibromyalgia has more than doubled. Unfortunately, doctors are still not trained in these conditions. And now the healthcare system is also starting to blow off people with long COVID. Implying that they are just overworked or crazy.

As my newest book says, "It’s like déjà vu all over again."

The good news is that effective treatment for all these conditions is available. Most of it, you can do on your own.

Although its title is “You Can Heal from Long COVID,” my new book applies just as well for other causes of CFS and fibromyalgia. It is the most up-to-date book available. My co-author, patient advocate Mary Shomon, and I also shortened it by about 75% (relative to my From Fatigued to Fantastic book), and made it a really easy read. The whole book is brain fog friendly!

Got Fatigue? CFS, Fibromyalgia, or Long COVID?
