Can gastric bypass cause fibromyalgia?
After having gastric bypass surgery cause fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and can it cause my blood pressure and blood sugar to drop? I was diagnosed in 2007 with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, chronic migraines, r/a psoratic arthritis,depression and insomnia.

It can trigger severe nutritional deficiencies which can cause Fibro. These need to be addressed--usually with levels much higher than RDA.
