I have a condition called dysmotility of the stomach and have to be careful drinking liquids. Would I be able to take the vitamin powder by sprinkling it on my food?
Hello, I am very sensitive to taking vitamins and minerals as I have a condition called dysmotility of the stomach and when taking liquids my stomach gets full very quickly. Would I be able to take the vitamin powder by sprinkling it on my food rather than a drink and does this vitamin powder have any side effects. Thank you.
