Where can I find a good iron supplement?

Where can I find a good iron supplement? Your book recommends Ultraceuticals Chelated Iron but I cannot find it anywhere! Please recommend an alternative. My doctor just told me to "take 25 mg iron daily with food." Your excellent book says to take chelated iron with Vitamin C on an EMPTY STOMACH. Why the difference?

We have switched our products to End Fatigue.  Taking it on an empty stomach improves absorption. Taking with food decreases stomach upset. Either is OK. L&B Dr T
