Hi I have been supporting someone who has had CFS for 12 years +. He wants to try Q10 and has purchased it in tablet form 200 mgs. How many should he take a day. There appears to be so many different levels and information it is hard to know what would be best for him. Many thanks and regards.

Answer

200 mg a day is my usual recommendation. Be sure he takes it for the meal that has fat or oil in it, so the coenzyme Q 10 will be properly absorbed. I like the Smart Q 10 200 Mg Chewable Wafers by Enzymatic Therapy.
