I was listening to a video the Dr did about migraines and he mentions an energy powder. What was the name of that? Do I do that instead of the butterber? He also mentions B2 and magnesium. Which should I use? I get about 3-4 migraines a week. Thanks.

Answer

The vitamin powder is called the Energy Revitalization System by Enzymatic Therapy. The powder contains the vitamin B2 and magnesium as well as of vitamin B12. This powder is taken along with the butterbur (I recommend the Petadolex brand). For three months I recommend also taking in additional 200 to 300 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It takes six weeks to optimize levels and for people to feel better.
